Directory accuracy

Estate Bid Finder publishes a directory of upcoming estate sales, auctions, and liquidation events based on publicly posted information from host firms across the United States. We make a good-faith effort to keep listings accurate, but estate sales are run by independent third parties and details can change without notice. Always confirm dates, hours, and addresses on the host firm's own posting before driving to a sale. Estate Bid Finder is not responsible for canceled, postponed, or relocated sales.

No guarantee of merchantability

We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and host firms or estate owners. Items at estate sales are sold as-is, where-is. Estate Bid Finder makes no warranty of merchantability, authenticity, or fitness for any particular purpose for items listed in our directory or sold at any sale featured on this site.

Lead-generation services

Our Free Auction Alerts and Free Estate Sale Consultation services are provided at no cost to consumers. By submitting a form you authorize Estate Bid Finder to share your contact information with vetted local estate sale and auction professionals for the purpose of fulfilling your request. You can opt out at any time by writing to privacy@estatebidfinder.example.

Intellectual property

The Estate Bid Finder name, logo, and editorial content are the property of Estate Bid Finder. Listing data submitted by host firms remains the property of the submitting firm. You may link to listings on this site, and you may quote brief excerpts of editorial content with attribution, but bulk scraping or republication of the directory is prohibited without written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with an effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
