Estate Bid Finder does not operate an email alert service. We also removed our sample listings directory, which contained illustrative placeholder data rather than real sales, so there is currently no live directory to get alerts about. How to find real sales in the meantime

Since we don't run a listings directory, the most reliable way to find real estate sales near you is to check listings published directly by local estate sale companies, or a dedicated live auction/estate-sale listing service.
