Estate Bid Finder Buyer & Seller Guides for Estate Sales

About Estate Bid Finder

Estate Bid Finder is an independent directory project for upcoming estate sales, on-site auctions, and liquidation events across the United States. Its goal is simple: give bargain hunters, antique collectors, resellers, and first-time buyers one browseable place to plan a weekend of sales instead of sifting through dozens of host-firm websites and social feeds.

We removed our sample listings directory

Estate Bid Finder previously ran a "preview edition" directory of 1,337 sample estate sale and auction listings across 102 cities, 51 states, and 15 categories. Every listing — sale names, addresses, dates, and host firms — was illustrative sample data generated to demonstrate how a directory like this could work. It did not describe real scheduled sales, and we removed the entire directory rather than leave it live looking like a real, current listings site: no sale, city, state, or category pages remain, and the search and "this weekend" pages that depended on that sample data are gone too.

Guides

Two in-depth guides are included: the buyer's guide covers what to bring, how numbered lines work, and how to spot quality items at a glance; the seller's guide explains how professional estate sale companies handle commission, staging, pricing, and security when a family needs to liquidate an estate.

Estate Bid Finder is not affiliated with any government agency and does not run sales itself. Questions or feedback? See the contact page.
